Please read this document carefully before using is350's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.

1Acceptance of Terms and Applicability
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and is350 ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the is350 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms along with all referenced policies.
These Terms apply to all platform users, including visitors without an account, registered members, and any party using is350's services directly or indirectly. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

2Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the is350 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. is350 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of the Know Your Customer process. Failure to provide the required documentation may result in restrictions being placed on account functions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. is350 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you are required to notify our support team immediately at [email protected].
The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account suspected of involvement in fraud, abuse, the use of automated systems (bots), collusion with other players, or any activity that violates these Terms.
3User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the is350 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are expressly prohibited:
- Using software, scripts, or automated systems to access, scrape, or manipulate the platform.
- Sharing your account or allowing any third party to use it.
- Engaging in fraud, collusion, or any form of game manipulation.
- Using the platform for money laundering or financing any illegal activity.
- Spreading false information, harassing other users, or misusing the chat function.
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or exploiting technical vulnerabilities.
Is350 reserves the right to take immediate action — including suspending accounts, freezing balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities — where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that any of the above prohibitions have been violated.
4Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the is350 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts deposits via approved local payment methods, including bank transfers and supported e-wallets. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change and will be displayed during the deposit process.
Deposits are typically processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. However, is350 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties, including banks or e-wallet operators. If funds are not credited within the expected timeframe, users are required to keep proof of the transaction and contact our support team.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to successful identity verification. is350 reserves the right to require additional verification before approving any withdrawal that exceeds a specified limit. Any taxes or charges imposed by the user's bank or payment operator are the sole responsibility of the user.
Users agree that all transactions are final once confirmed, unless there is clear evidence of a technical error on the platform's part. Unsubstantiated chargeback claims may result in the account being suspended while an investigation is carried out.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Is350 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the request of a legal authority. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach are not entitled to recover any wagered funds. For closures due to technical or administrative reasons, valid balances will be returned following successful identity verification.
Applicable Law
